IC REMOTE EDITOR
An editor’s primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth and timely edits of independent evaluator mystery shopping reports. The editor verifies the information by performing thorough fact-checks. Editors must conduct follow-up calls with evaluators and apply methodology and editing standards to written narrative reports. It is an editor’s responsibility to ensure that the reports our clients receive are professional, contain accurate and reliable information, and adhere to the standards required by each client.
It is a work-from-home position. You can work full-time or part-time. Additional requirements include the ability to prioritize and work independently. Compensation is calculated on a per piece (report) basis. Editors make an average of $12 to $15 per hour.
Approve receipts or other assignment validation documents
Ensure that the assignment performed has met client standards
Identify inconsistencies between scoring and accompanying narrative
Ensure photos provided and report match
Contact evaluators to obtain additional information as needed
Escalate all issues requiring immediate attention to management
Correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation in all free-form text fields
MYSTERY SHOPPING SCHEDULER
Mystery Shopping Schedulers are responsible for identifying shoppers for client projects. This includes working with our extensive database of registered shoppers and using other grassroots methods for shopper recruitment.
Your duties include searching a database of mystery shoppers to find the best people for each shop, contacting each shopper with assignment details over the phone or through email, scheduling each shop, and ensuring that shoppers complete each mystery shop assignment for a store or company accurately.
It is a work-from-home position. You can work full-time or part-time. You get paid per shop successfully completed, so you can work at your own schedule. On average, schedulers can make between $10 to $20 per hour.
Contacting (by email and/or phone) and matching evaluators to available assignments.
Briefing evaluators on individual client program scenarios.
Recruiting for specific areas and/or client projects
Explaining the role and expectations of mystery shopping.
Scheduling client evaluations
Answering evaluator questions
Monitoring the status of assigned shopping assignments
Following up on assigned shops that have not yet been received
Working to resolve evaluator concerns and problems
Juggling the (sometimes) competing demands of the client’s deadlines and the availability of the shoppers
SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

This is an entry-level, full-time, office-based position. You will receive on-site training & grow with your skillset inside the company. You may be required to perform administrative tasks, conduct market research, update the system databases, assist in creating marketing materials, and work to deadlines.
